后在sunsolve上搜索到了这些信息：

* Often on Cisco switches (e.g. Catalyst 6500) autonegotiationwasdisabled. This is not in aclearcase/" target="_blank" >ccordance with the IEEE 802.3ab standard. To get the connection running, enable autonegotiation on the switch. Setting both sides to forced 1000 Mbit/s Full Duplex for testing may also work, but is not recommended for permanent use.
后将HUAWEI 6506相应端口重新设置autonegotiation后，故障解决！
